Alex Fordyce MRICS
Founder and Managing Director
Alex founded Leopard Capital in 2017 and is responsible for the overall business including investment strategy and portfolio management.
Alex started his career at King Sturge executing over £200M of investments across the UK on behalf of institutional capital and family offices, before joining Eversleigh Investment as commercial investment manager for twelve years.
Alex has a degree in Geography from Exeter University and an MSc in Real Estate from Oxford Brookes.
Alex is passionate about his country sports and countryside stewardship and has a family including his two daughters. He is an active endurance athlete and has completed the Marathon des Sables, English Channel Solo Swim, Robben Island Swim and most recently the 20 Bridges Marathon Swim around Manhattan, New York.
Miranda Monro MRICS
Strategic Asset Manager
Miranda joined the Leopard Capital team in September 2024. She is responsible for Asset Management and the strategic direction of the operational assets. Miranda is responsible for implementing business plans to maintain income, drive capital value and deliver performance.
Prior to joining Leopard Capital, Miranda worked at King Sturge, JLL and LaSalle Investment Management. Miranda has 20 years’ experience working as a commercial leasing director, lead Asset Manager and more latterly in strategic Asset Operations.
Miranda, MRICS, completed an MSc in Real Estate at Oxford Brookes University.
In her spare time Miranda is Chair of a school PTA, enjoys running a commercial small holding, loves to run and play tennis whilst juggling a busy family life.
Imogen Brown
Executive Assistant
Imogen supports the Leopard Capital team on a day-to-day basis as well as marketing projects. Imogen has a degree in Interior Architecture from Oxford Brookes University.
In her free time, Imogen enjoys staying active with tennis, Pilates, and gym sessions. On weekends, she loves discovering new restaurants and bars while spending time with friends and family.

Malcolm King FRICS
Senior Advisor
Malcolm joins Leopard Capital as a consultant advising on acquisitions, asset management and fund strategy. During his career, Malcolm led the investment and asset management departments of King & Co. increasing assets under management from £100m to £6.5bn. He holds numerous director and non-executive roles across the property industry and currently sits on the investment committee for an Oxford University college.
Malcolm holds an MBA from the Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario, Canada.
Fred Wingfield Digby
Senior Advisor and Investment Committee Member
Fred brings a wealth of experience in commercial real estate investing to Leopard Capital. Fred began his career in corporate finance at Hawkpoint Partners and worked at Barclays Capital before co-founding Melford Capital in 2008. Fred has raised and invested in excess of £500m in structured equity, credit and hybrid structured equity credit transactions.
Fred has a Master’s degree from Cambridge University and is an alumnus of Harvard Business School.
Arne Kirchner
Senior Advisor and Investment Committee Member
Arne is responsible for fund management and investor relations.
Prior to Leopard Capital, Arne worked at Deutsche Bank and Banque Privee Edmond de Rothschild. Over his career he has managed in excess of $500M in diversified private and public real estate assets and has set up several funds with total assets in excess of $250M.
Chris Ireland FRICS
Senior Advisor
Chris joined Leopard as a senior advisor in December 2025. He contributes to discussions on the strategic direction of the firm and assists on portfolio reviews and property acquisition decisions.
Chris has spent over 40 years leading teams in the Investment market at KingSturge and JLL where he spent time as both UK CEO and Chairman.
He is a Fellow of the RICS and a past chair of the Investment Property Forum. He also holds non executive roles in both public and private investment companies.
